By installing or using ZInbox, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. The service
ZInbox is a mobile email client. It connects your device directly to third-party email providers and helps you read, organize, compose, and send email. ZInbox is not an email provider and does not guarantee the availability of Gmail, QQ Mail, 163 Mail, or any other third-party service.
3. Account authorization
You must have permission to access every email account you add. You are responsible for protecting your device, provider credentials, and account access. You may revoke provider access or remove an account from ZInbox at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ZInbox to violate applicable law, access accounts without authorization, distribute malware, send unlawful unsolicited messages, interfere with provider systems, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Third-party services
Your use of an email provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. Provider changes, outages, rate limits, security requirements, or revoked permissions may affect ZInbox functionality.
6. Ownership and licenses
ZInbox, its branding, and website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software components remain subject to their respective license terms.
7. Updates and availability
ZInbox may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve security, compatibility, or product behavior. Updates may be required when an email provider changes its APIs or authentication requirements.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZInbox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, provider compatibility, or freedom from errors. Always maintain appropriate backups of important information with your email provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ZInbox maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, access, or goodwill arising from use of the application.
